With spring time, the summer body goal is looming. What fitness program can you use to reshape your figure before summer? Classes, calendar, methodology … The expert explains everything!
1- Work out right away
Whatever the chosen activity (Zumba®, Grit™, RPM™ …), the fitness expert is formal. If it takes the body 3 good weeks to show first results, 3 months are needed to finalize the goal.
However, be careful not to fall into the trap of the beginner that goes too far and ends up completely turning away from the sports club for several months. The good reflex? Begin your return to the gym on a progressive pace and choose fun fitness activities to preserve your motivation in the long run.
2 – Targeting good fitness and bodybuilding classes
The winning mix to reshape is the cardio / reinforcement association. Clearly, group classes like Bodypump™, Bodysculpt or Grit™ act quickly and well by toning and shaping the body. To shape the body point by point in a quasi-surgical way, one relies on CAF or CX Worx™ type concepts.
Finally, do not hesitate to associate more general courses (Zumba® for example) to a circuit training on the weight training platform. Objective: to wake up your muscles thanks to complementary stimulations.
3 – Aim for achievable goals
Nothing is more demotivating than setting the bar too high. Thus, when you have a significant number of pounds to lose, better to rely on a progressive thinning spread over the long term. The right tip: set a goal for the week to start then the month.
On the side of the chosen activities, it is useless to inflict 60 minutes of seated bike if you hate it. Set your sights on an effort or on a classe that you like.
4 – Regularity is key
It’s well known. When it comes to fitness, nothing beats regular physical activity to get results. At a session a week, as long as it is, one will prefer two to three short sessions.
Note: 20 to 30 minutes of exercises are enough to make a difference with a special mention for HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training).
5 – Coherent diet
The fitness expert confirms that as motivated and regular as one is in sports, no need to burn calories if you do not monitor your diet. Don’t starve yourself drastically; limit the fat and sweet
