Description of a course
yoga flow

  • Let’s go for a 45 or 60 minute session. To begin, the coach specializing in the discipline invites the participants to warm up. On the program, spinal stretches, inclinations and other twists prepare the body for the effort.
  • Often practiced on the ground, this preamble can also include series of sun salutations. Once this physical preparation is completed, it’s time for the course sequences.
  • The postures are first performed slowly before being memorized to give life to an energizing flow. Each movement is accompanied by controlled breathing while the cardio rhythm becomes more and more intense.
  • To favor centering and connection to oneself, the coach guides the yogis through postures performed without visual guidance. Alignment and centering guaranteed!
  • Finally, a relaxation phase ends the session.
