This course, dedicated to mobility as a whole, allows you to improve:

Description of a course
mobility

  • The session begins with breathing work which invites you to let go and refocus.
  • Block by block and depending on the course, the coach suggests that we focus on the hip, knees, shoulders, etc. Once the exercises are integrated, the flow is expressed and this routine unfolds in a fluid and controlled manner.
  • Dynamic and static postures follow one another, giving way to periods of maintaining flexibility or prolonged muscular contractions.
  • Everyone is invited to react and ask questions to best adjust the small postural details that make all the difference!
For whom?

Young generation or senior, seasoned athlete or beginner, everyone can (and should) take part in such a course focused on mobility!

What outfit to bring?

As in yoga or Bodybalance™, the mobility class requires barefoot practice combined with flexible and comfortable clothing to allow great freedom of movement.
