How does it take place
a spinning session?

Head to the bike studio to practice the activity. As in RPM™, each class begins with a warm-up.

After waking up your cardio and your muscles, we move on to peaks and time trials that challenge the sharpest cyclists. Very fun, the lessons follow the rhythm of supercharged playlists. The intensity is there and the pleasure prevails. A period to cool down marks the end of each spinning session.

What benefits can you expect from spinning?

By regularly changing choreography, this class promises to awaken your heart and your body with each session. Legs, thighs, buttocks, and even abdominals are sharpened while the upper limbs are also put to the test and the calories soar.

And also: spinning boosts the mind and allows you to let off steam in order to relieve stress.

What outfit to bring?

A cycling-style t-shirt and leggings are essential, combined with sports sneakers or, for purists, with RPM™ shoes to clip onto the pedals for greater efficiency.
