How does a session
take place?

Each HIIT Boxing class begins with a warm-up that prepares the heart and body for the efforts that will follow. Equipped with gloves, practitioners train on the punching bag and alternate feet and fists while bodybuilding exercises punctuate the session.

Burpees, push-ups and other jumping jacks thus find their place throughout the class which is so dosed in effort that it only takes 30 minutes to get maximum benefits.
