The activity that will boost your training

Want to push your limits? Discover HYROX Training. Inspired by the HYROX international competition format, this new program combines two essential pillars of physical performance: running and functional movements.

Designed for all levels, from the curious athlete to the experienced competitor, Hyrox Training immerses you in a rhythmic training, designed to boost your performance in a stimulating collective atmosphere.

Each session lasts 45 minutes and involves several functional runs and exercises (rowing machine, lunges, wall balls, push of carts, SkiErg, burpees…).

An activity to test in the PURE PERFORMANCE area, a 300m2 space entirely dedicated to sport and well-being with latest generation equipment to accompany you in your quest for performance.
